Forming lasting relationships for more than 60 years

Thermoforming offers significantly lower tooling costs and lead times than injection molding and other processes. It is cost effective for both short runs and medium volume production. Prototypes and short runs are economical using tools made of wood, epoxy, and other low cost materials. Tool modifications are often quick and inexpensive which allows for on-the fly changes without re-tooling. The process is compatible with a broad range of materials including ABS, Acrylic/PVC, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PETG, and polycarbonate. Thermoformed part surfaces do not exhibit the porosity, sink/gate marks and other undesirable conditions common to other processes. In addition, custom color sheet and textured tooling can eliminate the need for paint altogether.

Vacuum Forming

  • Quick start up
  • Efficient prototyping

Pressure Forming

  • Sharp, crisp lines and details
  • Textured surfaces
  • Formed in undercuts
  • Zero degree draft on sidewalls possible

Twin Sheet Forming

  • Three dimensional, hollow parts with detail on both sides
  • Structural parts that are strong and lightweight
  • Dissimilar materials, colors and thicknesses possible on the same part
